• Machinery & Custom Equipment: Pharmaceutical machinery, customized tablet presses, and capsule filling machines require specialized assembly, testing, and export packaging, with a standard lead time of 7–15 business days prior to dispatch.

2. Worldwide Free Shipping

We provide worldwide free standard shipping on all qualifying orders. Estimated delivery times generally range from 7 to 15 business days depending on your geographical location, destination customs clearance, and local postal or freight services.

3. Export Packaging & Handling

All machinery and delicate equipment are packaged in professional, export-grade reinforced plywood crates or heavy-duty cartons designed to protect cargo against moisture, impact, and vibration during international transport.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has dispatched. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and taxes once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Damages & Lost Shipments

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photographs or videos of the packaging and items so we can assist you with a replacement or claim.
