Manual Capsule Filling Tray Set

Fill and close hard capsule shells in batches with an ABS tray set. Choose a 100, 200 or 400-hole configuration and the color available in the product options.

Plate system

• Cap plate and middle plate for positioning capsule caps
• Body plate and powder frame for filling
• Tamping plate for powder compaction
• Scraper for spreading and leveling powder

Filling workflow

1. Separate the capsule caps and bodies, then load them into the matching plates.
2. Spread a suitable dry powder over the body plate and level it with the scraper.
3. Use the tamping plate as needed, then align the cap plate and close the capsules.
4. Remove the finished capsules and clean and dry the plates before the next batch.

Choose your configuration

Match the tray to your capsule shell size. Different shell sizes require matching plate holes; one tray is not a universal fit for every size. Product photographs show the filling workflow and sample capsules.
